Deb & Steve (Coburn)Plummer

Steve & I were on a route one day & it seemed as if everyone was stopping & talking to either him or me. Steve asked me...'Deb- do you know everyone'? I said...'everyone that you don't'! Steve was the best boss that I ever had. God has already blessed him, so we are left here to carry on.

Kari,
We have been following Steve's journey through the youtube videos you have posted and through mutual friends.
We haven't kept up with your family like we should have since our First Missionary Church small group met, although we see those from the group from time to time. That was a wonderful time when our kids were young and you were newly married!
Our hearts are with you during this time. So thrilled to know that Steve's begun his eternal life in heaven but know there are so many who are missing him here on earth. We were so happy to hear that God blessed Steve with the strength to attend Kendyl's wedding. The picture on Facebook was so precious and will bring you so many wonderful memories to cherish.

Lovingly,
John & Pat Phenicie

Kari:I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. I am so gald that the Old Fort Bible Study group was able to assemble his "Priceless Gift" before his passing! And God's hand was certainly in Steve's and your life to allow him to see Kendyl's wedding! May you and your family receive special grace from God as you mourn his death. May he also bless Steve with his ETERNAL reward! I am in Portland, OR and will miss his funeral but my heart will be with all of you! May God bless you all at this challenging time!

I knew Steve from many years ago and encountered him again as he was going through health care access, delighted to learn of his discipleship. He has been a mentor to 2 daughters, and so many others blessed to know him. Praying for comfort and peace for his family. Rejoicing in his eternal life journey.

September 25, 2012

I grew up in Indian Village on the corner of Engle and Manitou so the Sandpoint Greenhouse was just across the street almost. We knew Steve's parents and remember Steve working there at a young age. Steve and I were the same age and although we went to different High Schools, we seemed to keep in touch. Then he moved to Bittersweet Moors, an addition that my Dad, Cook Lougheed, developed, and we would see Steve and his wife walking around the lake.

Steve was such a likable guy with that winning smile; always upbeat, positive, leaving you with a good feeling for having crossed his path. He didn't push the Lord on anyone, but it was obvious that the Lord's light shinned brightly through Steve. He fought a couragous fight.

Although we didn't touch base frequently, we shared a common background, and I considered him a real friend. I shall miss him.

Our prayers are lifting Steve and his family up as they journey through this difficult time.

Tami and Mark Hoffman

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve while I was working at K&K Insurance. Steve maintained K&K's indoor living and silk plants. He was always a gentleman with an upbeat outlook and a bit of humor to share. I looked forward to his visits. -- Tami

Steve and I shared many things. The love of the Lord, the love of plants, serving people, and I.U. were the four I will always recall when I think of Steve's smile. -- Mark

Steve fought the good fight; he finished the race; now he is with Jesus face to face.

Our prayers for peace and comfort are with Kari, his family and friends.
