Stewart Jefferson Brooker, 47, of Mobile, AL, passed away on the afternoon of Sunday, August 6, 2017. Stewart was born to Norton William Brooker, Jr., and Joanne Prather Pipes Brooker on April 15, 1970. He was a graduate of Auburn University, and received his law degree from the University of Alabama. Stewart practiced Insurance Law in Chicago, IL for many years, as well as sitting on many Civic Councils. He loved sailing and loved to travel.
Stewart was preceded in death by his parents, Norton William Brooker, Jr. and Joanne Prather Pipes Brooker.
He is survived by his twin brother, Bill Brooker; his uncle, Wes (Elizabeth) Pipes; two aunts, Donna (Bill) Neill and Alice Brooker; and cousins, Wesley Pipes, Casey Pipes, Meg Brooker, Chip Brooker, Chris Lashley, and Will Lashley.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at All Saints Episcopal Church in Mobile, with a memorial service following at noon.
