Stewart Michael Main, 19 years old, moved on to the next life Friday, January 5th, 2018. Stewart was beautiful in every way, filled with laughter, charisma, and fun - often referred to as “happy, go-lucky.” He was always the life of the party and never met a stranger. He could walk into a room and light it up with his adoring smile. His charm and wit were unforgettable and continue to live through us all. He greatly loved his family and was treasured by so many.
Stewart is survived by his father, Captain David Joseph Main, and mother, Dena Bach Waters (Parker), as well as a younger sister, Katherine “Katie” Elizabeth Main, and older brother, David Joseph Main Jr., in addition to many extended family members.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd in New Orleans, on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 4 PM. A Memorial Celebration of Stewart's life will follow at 6 PM.

I had the honor of knowing Stew and also earning his friendship. He was the kind man who never had anything bad to say about anyone. His energy was very positive and bright. I will miss him.
