Obituary

Susan E. Sherman Gelman of Tarrytown, formerly of Croton-on-Hudson, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the age of 52.

She was born on February 1, 1960 to Donald and Dorothy (Johnston) Sherman in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
Susan is survived by her devoted husband, Paul Gelman and their daughter Alison Rose Gelman. She is also survived by her stepmother, Phyllis M. Sherman and siblings, Julie (Dave) Brumsted, Elizabeth (Robert) Pezanowski, William Tryon and John Sherman. Sue was predeceased by her mother, father and her sister, Linda Sherman.

There will be a Gathering of Friends and Family on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY from 7-8:30 pm with a Memorial Service immediately following at 8:30 pm.
