They say "like father like son" and although I never knew this man I know his son. "Chips off the old block" are only a fraction of what they came from so I know in my heart you were a truly great, kind and patient man that the world will truly miss.

Travis, you have been more than a step-father and father-in-law to us. You are father, grandfather and great-grandfather. We have been family for 34 years and we will miss you greatly. Thank goodness we have our memories to comfort us now. It is strange not sending you a Father's Day card this year. I have never missed one Birthday or Father's Day card and call and it will be strange not talking to you tomorrow on Father's Day. We love you. Love, Beth, Charlie, Little Charlie, Jennifer and Elizabeth
