Tasha Faith Knapp, 46, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, passed away on Mother's Day, the morning of Sunday, May 14, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Tasha was born in Atwater, California on February 8, 1971 to Marvin and Carol (Upton) Hayes. She married Kenneth Knapp on September 23, 1995. They were married for 22 years and lived in California, Louisiana, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee. Tasha was a mother of six children and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her mother Carol Ann Hayes, and her grandparents Floyd and Lucy (Bartlett) Upton of Atwater, California.
Survivors include: Tasha husband Kenneth Knapp, her father Marvin Hayes, her brother Brian Hayes, and her six children; daughter Britanie Lynnae Knapp (27), son Devon Robert Knapp(21), son Tyler Robert Knapp (16), son Ethan Robert Knapp (13), daughter Makenna Faith Knapp (11), daughter Makenzie Faith Knapp (7), step-daughter Karla-Anne Knapp (23), and niece Alexis Breanne Hayes (21).

Tasha was my cousin through her grandfather's side. I hadn't seen her since we were kids but always liked her and was so sad to hear of her illness and death. My thoughts are with her family.
