Taylor J. "Ted" Algard III, 69, passed away Friday, Sept. 28th. Born in Miami, FL he graduated from Terry Parker High School Class of '60 and attended Massey Business College. He worked as a mortgage broker and bookkeeper. Ted served as past Master of the J. Wendell Fargis Lodge and past President of the Beaches Shrine Club.

Preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a brother, he is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Kathryn Lester Algard; devoted children, Lori Bennett (Gerald) and T.J. Algard IV; brother, S. Wayne Algard (Deborah); sister, Ginny Kallioinen (Jim); five nieces and five nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held 11:00 a.m. Sat., Oct 6th in the Chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jax Bch, FL. The family asks that contributions be made to the Shrine Hospital in Tampa or Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
