28, of Lake Worth, FL, passed away on May 7, 2012.

Survivors include his parents, Michael Caudell and Donna Caudell; brothers, Travis Caudell and Troy Smow; sister, Cheyenne Dye.

A memorial service will be held at 5 PM on Thursday, May 17th at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461.
