God delivered one of his angels to our family on April 4, 1949 in the name of Teresa Louise Ihde. Known to our family as Georgie. She believed a life not lived for others is not a life. "Do small things with great love" is how she lived everyday on this earth. She devoted her life to her family, and chronicled every detail with countless photographs, time-lines, and hand written words of love. Her happiest times were those spent with her family, giving anything and everything to all, helping anyone who crossed her path; without expectations or judgements. She loved the lake, fishing, boating, and water skiing; but nothing more than her family. We will miss her gentle touch, selfless acts of kindness, soft spoken words, and unconditional love.
She was born in Clovis, Ca. She grew up and resided in the Easton area. Her new and peaceful life began on Wednesday March 27. Teresa attended both American Union Elementary. and Washington Union High School. For over 30 years she worked at the IRS as a tax examiner and was involved with the VFW Ladies Auxiliary post #5057. Following retirement she devoted her life to helping with her parents "ranch", volunteering her time at Birney Elementary, and driving "Ms. Daisy."
She is survived by her parents Floyd and Lois Ihde; her brother James and partner Sherry; sisters Linda and husband Scott Dean, Winnie and husband Keith Hughes, and Susan and husband Tim Martin. Also her nieces and nephews (her children); Brett & Stephanie, Jennifer & Sean, Kristi, Stephanie & Rick, Ryan & Wanna, Keri, Brittany & Joe, Brandon; her "babies" Kylan, Logan, Gavin, Tristyn, McKenna, Emery, Nickolas, Ava, and Henry.
A viewing will be held at Stephens and Bean Chapel on Tuesday April 2 from 3 p.m. To 7 p.m. Funeral services are Wednesday, April 3 at 1 p.m. at Stephens and Bean Chapel with burial following at Fresno Memorial Gardens.
We love you 24/7. Love, hugs, and kisses. You're our girl Georgie.

Georgie you were so selfless, kind and giving. You loved your family more than anything in the world and would always put everyone before yourself. You always treated me like I was one of your own when I would see you. You are truly an angel and will be dearly missed. I feel so blessed to have known you and will remember you always smiling and loving with your kind and gentle heart.

Angel Cousin
She had an angelic spirit that spread abundant love. Always giving to others and keeping nothing for herself. Her heart was pure...she gave of herself freely. Quickly giving needed support to those who could use a conforting hug, kind word or just to know the warmth of her concern.
Theresa "Georgie" was a special person to us and she was loved dearly. How I admired her and that depth of compassion that led her. She will be forever missed and cherished.
I will not be there for your service but prefer to remember you the last time we were together. Always ready with your coveted camera and a giggle, for you knew (us too) there would always be "just one more" to capture both the moment and the ones you loved.
Georgie, although I moved away (for many years) after growing up and wasn't able to be around the many cousins I grew up with, I have wonderful memories of our families getting together as kids, games of hide-n-seek, running, laughing and playing endlessly. Oh how I loved those times when our families would come together for picnics or BBQ's and I could have my beautiful cousins around. Though you have gone, too soon, you will always remain a part of my life through those wonderful memories and times shared. My thoughts and prayers are with your Mom and Dad and the rest of your family today. God's peace be with you Georgie,
Love and Miss You - Cousin Phyllis

From an old friend from the long ago past, I always remember your shy and sweet smile, Teresa. There was always tenderness and kindness in your eyes. I was sorrowful to read of your passing. May all those in your family be comforted by God's everpresent Spirit. Rest in peace, Teresa. My greatest sympathy Mr and Mrs Ihde and sibs.

I will miss your Cousin George. You are home now but will be missed always. You were part of a great Ihde family and I enjoyed being able to grow up with you and the rest of the crew.
