Thelma Bolton Afeman of Hineston passed away Sunday, May 8, 2011 in The Summit Retirement Home in Alexandria, Louisiana
Mrs. Afeman and her husband owned and operated Afeman Dairy Farm for 25 years.
Mrs. Afeman is survived by: sons, Eddie Afeman (Bobbie) of Hineston, Larry Afeman (Maggie) of LaCamp, Jimmy Glenn Afeman (Janet) of Hineston; brother, Howard Bolton (Linda) of Libuse, LA; sisters, Helen Dean of Mora, Nera Mae White of Lena, Sue Vercher of Alexandria, Jean & R.D. Ray of Kisatchie, Faye & Jack Cranford of Bossier City, Tina & Charlie Kern of Shreveport, Mertie Sharp of Winnsboro; 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and 5 great- great grandchildren.
Preceded by: husband, Hardy B. Afeman; parents, Eddie & Reancy Bolton; son, Hardy B. Afeman Jr.; sisters, Bessie and Essie; granddaughter, Debbie; great granddaughter, Shawntel
Pallbearers: Jonathan Smith, Jody Afeman, John Kroics, Charles Afeman, Justin Thompson, and Danny Matkin, Honorary: Howard Bolton
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 10, 2011 from 5:00 – 10:00 PM at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in LaCamp, LA. Service will be Wednesday, May, 11, 2011 at 10:00 am, Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Rev. Webb Robinson and Dwayne Davis officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in LaCamp, LA, under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville, LA
