Theo worked in the accounting office at Hiram Walker's & Sons for 37 years; retiring upon its closure in 1980. She was a member of Glasford Baptist Church.

Also surviving are three nephews, Kevin (Cindie) McCoy, Chris McCoy, Larry Dale (Ann) Doubet and four nieces, Debbie (Harold) Roberts, Diane (Kurt) Butler, Kim (William) Harris and Kathryn (Ken) Karouzos. In addition, she is survived by 24 great nieces and nephews and 15 great-great nieces and nephews who all love and will miss her tremendously.
In addition to her parents and husband, Theo was preceded in death by her two brothers, Dale C. and Willard V. Sprague, her brother-in-law William McCoy; and two sisters-in-law, Opal and Mae Sprague.
Theo's quick wit and laughter often enriched family gatherings and increased the joy had. Her fun-loving demeanor, light-heartedness and feisty personality will be forever cherished and missed by her loved ones. There truly was only one Theo.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation. Private family graveside services will be held on Friday at Lancaster Cemetery, rural Glasford, with Pastor Paul Cook officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Glasford Baptist Church or to the donor's choice.

Ben and I were planning a company Christmas Party for FS in 1973. I told him I'd find him at the party so he could introduce me to his wife. He said, "You'll know her. She's the prettiest woman in the room."
