Dear Wiese Family, Deacon Ted's beautiful homilies at Holy Family Church were among the best we have ever heard. Also, his wonderful sense of humor was very apparent, even when up on the altar. He uplifted us. Jim and Susan Purcell

A deacon's duty is to be of service, and Ted did it well, responding to the needs of people with AIDS as well as the many other needs of those in his parish community.
In the pulpit, his rich voice spoke with a gentle authority.
When you met him one on one, his easy smile and endearing manner put you at ease.
I will always associate Holy Family Parish with Deacon Ted.
My condolences to Doris and the family.
Sincerely,
Terry McGuire
