Tommy Bounds was a "Ray of sunshine," always smiling and he loved the ladies. I consider it an honor to have known him. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Rest in peace Tommy! We will miss your beautiful smile. Blessings, Cynthia Jones-Mayes (The Cottage of Spring Branch Leasing Consultant).
