To Tom's family,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Tom was such a good worker and aways seemed to be so up-beat and happy. I remember him working at the gas station when he was laid off from Kelsey-Hayes and then working both jobs when he came back. I worked with Tom for many, many years at Kelsey-Hayes. You will be missed Tom. Walk with God and put in a good word for those of us left behind, OK?

I met Tom June 24th 1996. I was fresh out of high school and new to the "real world". Tom helped me learn the ropes of factory life and became a great co worker and an even greater friend. Tom always had something funny to say, and when i was feeling a little down I'd go talk to Tom for a few minutes. He had a positive outlook on life that seemed to make things seem so simple. My heart goes out to Tom's family, and friends. The last time i saw Tom he gave me a hug and Said "I love ya brother" Tom, I love you brother, May you rest in peace. You will be missed dearly by many.

I worked with Tom also at Kelsey Hayes the day went by quickly when you was on his line I miss getting donk in the head with a rubber plug off a brake caliper & seeing Old Tom sneaking away. we shared many a laugh & I will miss this good man

This world is not conclusion; A sequel stands beyond, Invisible, as music, But positive, as sound. It beckons and it baffles; Philosophies don’t know, And through a riddle, at the last, Sagacity must go

Fly freebird your free at last we will remember you

I always loved your stories you'd tell of the old timers at TRW. Truly enjoyed sharing lunch with you all those years at work. And playing hookie to go to Mt. Pleasant. Wish we could have hung out more after they had closed.

Tom will be greatly missed, I for one loved his sense of humor, and his smile. I enjoyed the coffee and the time shared over the last 4 years. My heart goes out to the family that survives. May you all have and keep pleasant memories, I know I will. Warmly Charlene Hobbs
