Tom was a charter member of Chapin Presbyterian Church. Before Chapin Presbyterian Church was organized, he was a member of Dutch Fork Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church where he served as a Sunday school teacher, elder, deacon and treasurer.
Mr. Bardin received his MPA and BA from the University of South Carolina.
