When we met at your house for Vineyard stuff, Tom would be sitting in the glider and as I'd walk by with my baby/toddler on my hip he'd reach out for her. She spent most of every meeting in his lap. What a blessing! He was another grandpa for my daughter, but much closer!

Tom was one of the kindest people i have ever known. He and Kathy opened their arms and love during one of the bleakest times in my life. Iwill never forget them for that. when I think of the many who were baptized in their pool, I know that their investment into the Kingdom of God was profound. They opened their home repeatedly for God's people. Over and over Tom spoke encouragement to my kids and myself. I know he will be missed. I keep thinking about Cornelius in Acts 10 whose kindness made its way to God's heart, ears and eyes. Tom carried that same disposition and I believe is enjoying his reward. Love you Kathy and family. I am in Spokane, but will be carrying you in my heart this weekend and beyond.
