Dewey Thomas Brown, 91, passed from this life Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at the V.A. Medical Center, Jackson.
Visitation will be held 5:00-8:00pm, Friday, October 18, 2013 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 1:00pm, Saturday, October 19, 2013 in the funeral home chapel with interment in Lakewood South Cemetery.
Mr. Brown was a member of the Byram Baptist Church. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he retired after many years as a brickmason.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Marie Hart Brown.
Survivors include sons, Ron Brown (Shirley Faye), Steven B. Brown (Margaret Ann), Mike Brown (Sandra) and Bruce Brown (Bonnie); daughter Paulette Penton (Lee); sister-in-law, Joyce Brown; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
