Thomas Smith, 62, of Cape Coral passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014. Born on July 23, 1951 in Willard, OH, Thomas was a member of the Ohio National Guard (69-75), the Florida Flywheelers Association, Past President of Cape Coral Little League and Babe Ruth League, Mariner High Band Booster, PTA member, school volunteer and a member of The North Shore Alliance Church.
Thomas is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Linda; children Jill (Dan) Moore, Michael (Charlene) Smith, Lindi (Bobby) Mammano; brother Gary (Jane) Smith; sister Becky Moore; sister-in-law Elaine Smith; 7 grandchildren Austin, Owen, Anna, Faith, Tyler, Eli, Michael and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Walter Smith and Marjorie Toth; brother Bill Smith and grandson Thomas Smith.
A celebration of life will be held Monday, July 21st at North Shore Alliance Church (330 W. Marianna Ave, North Fort Myers 33903. A visitation will be held at 11am with a service following at 12pm. A burial will be held at Coral Ridge Cemetery immediately after.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in memory of Tom Smith to Hope Hospice, 2430 Diplomat Pkwy, Cape Coral, FL 33909.

We are so glad that Tom was able to make it back to Ohio a couple of years ago. It was so very good to see him and his family. Tom took the time to talk to all of us.
