.Timothy Paul Price, 37, of Colorado Springs, passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 13, 2014. Beloved father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, and proud Marine. Tim was born on December 8, 1976 to Rick & Judy Price, in Oceanside, CA and grew up in San Bernardino, CA. After graduating from San Bernardino High School in 1995, Tim joined the Marines. Beloved father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, and proud Marine. Tim was born on December 8, 1976 to Rick & Judy Price, in Oceanside, CA and grew up in San Bernardino, CA. After graduating from San Bernardino High School in 1995, Tim joined the Marines. Sergeant Timothy Price served in the 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, NC, United States Marines Corps from 1998-2002. During his enlistment he held the positions of Infantry Squad Leader and Scout Sniper Team Leader. During his tenure, Sergeant Price deployed twice in support of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) and the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable). Sergeant Price was involved in Operation Dynamic Response 2000, Kosovo, and Operation Enduring Freedom 2002. Sergeant Price earned the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Service Medal, and the Navy and Marine Corps Expeditionary Service Medal, and the Good Conduct Medal. He was most recently employed by Wright Indoor Comfort in Colorado Springs, CO.
The joy of Tim's life was being the proud father of his two dearly loved sons; Evan (6) and Luke (5). He treasured every moment with them and would speak highly of them at every given opportunity. Always holding God close in his heart, Tim was an amazing, compassionate, hard-working, and well-respected man that was loved, adored, and will be truly missed. "The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace." –Numbers 6:24-26
He is survived by his sons (Evan & Luke Price), sister (Cherina Price-Dunkin), mother (Judy Little), and countless family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father (Rick Price) and brother (Rick Price Jr.).
Tim's Celebration of Life will be held at Swan-Law 501 North Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 at 2:00pm on May 23, 2014.
