Obituary

Tina Preziosi Aiello was born on January 12, 1921, in Natick, RI to Italian immigrants, Giovanni and Agrippina Preziosi. She was the fifth of twelve children. Tina moved to Fresno, California in 1946 with her parents and some of her brothers and sisters. She worked as a Nurse's Aide at St. Agnes Hospital. She met Dominic Aiello and they married in May 1949. Soon after they began their family consisting of son John and daughter Cynthia. Tina passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2011, at St. Agnes Medical Center surrounded by her husband and children. Tina especially enjoyed spending time in Morro Bay with her family. Tina Preziosi Aiello was born on January 12, 1921, in Natick, RI to Italian immigrants, Giovanni and Agrippina Preziosi. She was the fifth of twelve children.

Tina moved to Fresno, California in 1946 with her parents and some of her brothers and sisters. She worked as a Nurse's Aide at St. Agnes Hospital. She met Dominic Aiello and they married in May 1949. Soon after they began their family consisting of son John and daughter Cynthia.

Tina passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2011, at St. Agnes Medical Center surrounded by her husband and children.
Tina especially enjoyed spending time in Morro Bay with her family. She was a wonderful grandmother who showered her grandchildren with love. She was a kind and gentle individual who instilled a strong sense of morals and values in her children.
Tina was greatly loved and is deeply missed by her family. She will live forever in our hearts.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Joe, Vincent, Earl, Carl and Rudolph Preziosi; and sisters, Verna Pasquale, Teresa Santora and Laura Penner.

She is survived by Dominic, her loving husband of 61 years; her children, John Aiello and Cynthia Aiello- Blake; daughter-in-law, Lucinda; grandchildren, Amanda Beck and her husband Chris and Brett Aiello; sister, Ruth Preziosi; brothers-in-law, Anthony Aiello and Robert Aiello; sisters-in-law, Norma Preziosi and Francis Aiello; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Vistitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
