Tirso P. Albay Jr., passed away on August 23, 2012 in Loma Linda, California. He was born on June 23, 1950 in Rosario Cavite, Philippines, to Carmen (Pangilinan) and Tirso N. Albay Sr. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Marietta and 4 children.
Services are Thursday, August 30, 2012 - 10:00 AM at Montecito Valley View Chapel in Colton, California. Interment will follow at Montecito Memorial Park, Colton, California.
