Predeceased by his father Arcangelo, mother Loreta nee Forte, brothers Raffaele and Egidio, sisters Assuntina, Anita and Carmela "Carmina". Survived by sisters Elisabetta and Annunziata "Tina" and brother Vincenzo along with many nieces and nephews in B.C., the USA and Europe. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends as a true renaissance man whose interests were varied and wide. Predeceased by his father Arcangelo, mother Loreta nee Forte, brothers Raffaele and Egidio, sisters Assuntina, Anita and Carmela "Carmina". Survived by sisters Elisabetta and Annunziata "Tina" and brother Vincenzo along with many nieces and nephews in B.C., the USA and Europe. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends as a true renaissance man whose interests were varied and wide. They ranged from photography to sandcastle building, teaching music to inventing things and electronics to tailoring. In recent years, he produced several CD's of Italian songs and his own original compositions. Tom was a well known barber and musician who also spent countless hours working in and enjoying his garden, using organic practices long before it became popular. Many people reaped the rewards of his bountiful garden for years. In God's hands our love is with you forever. Gone but never forgotten. Rest in Peace, Tom. Prayers will be offered on Monday May 28th, 2012 at 7:30 pm at Ocean View Funeral Home Chapel 4000 Imperial Street in Burnaby where Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday May 29th, 2012 at 1:00 pm followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers and in honour of Tommaso's memory, donations may be made to the B.C. Cancer Society or the Burnaby Hospital Foundation.
