Tommie Gene Stewart, 70 yrs. old of Show Low Arizona passed away August 22, 2014 surrounded by family and friends. Tom was born November 26, 1943 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Tom is the son of Dorothy Stewart and the late George Stewart. He is survived by Dorothy, brother Jim and family. Tom had three daughters Julie Hart, Cynthia Bower, and Jessica Stewart, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Tom served in Vietnam in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1963. Tom was a respected Land Surveyor, devoted member of the Community, and member of the Elks Lodge in Show Low Arizona for over 30 years. Tom was a loving son, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed. Tom touched many hearts. "God be with you dad, we love you so very much" Rest in peace.

My heart goes out to the Stewart family and freinds. Even though knew Tom personally for such a short time compared to all of you, I know he will be greatly missed. He was such a presence. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time
