Tony R. Ignatowicz, 80, a retired US Air Force Administrator, of Las Vegas, passed away May 23, 2012. He was born June 13, 1931 in Thorpe, West Virginia, and had been a resident of Nevada for approximately 20 years. Tony is survived by his devoted wife of 35 years, Julia Ignatowicz; his 2 sons, Anthony and Vincent Ignatowicz; his loving grandchildren, Brooke Reber, Aimee, Beth, Jozef, Josh and Amber Ignatowicz; his nephews, Fadi, Nabil, Sabastian, Sameeh Chelico and Joseph Elian; his nieces, Liana Elian and Riannah Chelico. On May 29th a visitation will be held from 9-11am with a funeral service at 11am both at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146. The interment will immediately follow at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City, Nevada.
