Obituary

Tony Moore, 74, of Orlando, FL, passed away on May 23, 2012.

He was born in Thomaston, Georgia on April 19, 1938.

Tony was a longtime resident of Orlando. He graduated from Boone High School, served in the Navy from 1958-1963, and was a retired land surveyor. One of his proudest achievements was to become a FL State Park Volunteer to research the long forgotten farming community of Ethel, located in the forests of Rock Springs Run Preserve.

He is survived by his daughter, Terry Puch; granddaughter, Jeanne Rutledge; Step-mother, Mary Nell Messer and Step-brother, Pat Moore

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 from 9:00-10:00am at Woodlawn Funeral Home; 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, a funeral service at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Following the funeral service the interment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family invites friends and family to send their condolences at www.woodlawnfuneralhomegotha.com
