VAMOS, Virginia Romayne, 91, of Valrico passed away July 9, 2012. She was an area resident since 1991 coming from Pittsburgh, Pa. where, for over 40 years, she was a volunteer with Our Lady of Grace Church. Virginia enjoyed being active and was an avid bowler, golfer and bingo player. She will be remembered by many for her baking and delicious array of Christmas cookies. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven E. Vamos. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Hicks and son-in-law Steve; and grandchildren Michael Bisceglia (Magali) and Amy Bisceglia. A Celebration of Life will take place at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2012 at The Crossing Church, 10130 Tuscany Ridge Drive, Tampa, FL 33619 with a reception immediately to follow.
