Vennie Gladden Guyton "Boo-Boo", age 83, was born January 24, 1929. She was irreplaceable. A beautiful angel on earth left this world Sunday, August 05, 2012 to spend her eternal life with her precious Savior & Father, she is now rejoicing with the Saints who have gone on before her, forever praising Him. Immediately after hearing "Well done my good and Faithful servant", she then took her great granddaughter, Makenzie Jade into her arms exactly as Genny had requested. And then we feel sure she will sit and rock little "MJ" until Genny enters the pearly gates and is met by her and Papa saying these words, "Here Sugar, we've been rocking her for you". To say we will miss her would be an under-statement. She was definitely the best of the best. She was an extra wonderful daughter, wife, mom, grandma, sister, and friend. She was such a blessing to all of us in many ways. She enjoyed first and foremost times spent with her family. Also sewing, fishing with Lou Lou, and last but certainly not least to make sure no one ever left her house hungry. Her cooking was like Paula Deens. She was a bright shining light in all of our lives for 83 years. The saints in heaven are now rejoicing to have recently welcomed such a beautiful Christian woman. She was a dedicated member of the Rainbow Church of Christ for the past 30 years until she was no longer physically able to attend and Samson Avenue Church of Christ prior.
