Victor Joseph Mouleart, 85, of Costa Mesa, passed away on June 18, 2017. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on November 13, 1931. Victor was a charismatic adventurer. He left the East Coast for California as a young man and pursued an acting career in Hollywood. He did theatre and was offered a part on a television show back on the East Coast. He decided instead to stay in L.A. and run a beauty shop in Westwood, where he was a hairdresser to the stars. This decision led him to meeting his future wife Bonnie, whom he married in 1960. After starting a family, they moved to Orange County where Victor became a real estate and insurance agent for over 50 years.
Victor was a man of many passions. First and foremost was his family. Watching his sons and grandchildren excel brought him immense joy. He loved playing and watching golf, especially with his kids. Victor relished travel and crossed the globe on 32 cruises all over Europe, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean with family and friends. He was a charming storyteller and joker, and made fast friends all over the world. He was also an ardent movie buff who enjoyed reading hundreds of novels as well (particularly thrillers). Victor also loved cheering on his two favorite sports teams, the Rams and the Lakers. He is survived by his wife Bonnie, three sons, Vincent, Anthony and Nicco, grandchildren Joseph, Danielle and Gabriel, and his brother Ron.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 am, July 7, 2017 at Harbor Lawn-Mt. Olive Memorial Park, 1625 Gisler Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
