Rebecca I am so sorry for the great loss of Paul. I also have a special place in my heart for him. I will always remember his smile and his willingness to help himself and others. God Bless You.

Although my memories of Paul are limited, I recall his cherub little face framed by those darling white-blonde rings of curls. I know he will be greatly missed by those he loved and who loved him in return.
I found great comfort from reading these words when our dear cousin died three years ago:
“If I should go tomorrow, it would never be goodbye, For I have left my heart with you, so don't you ever cry. The love that's deep within me, shall reach you from the stars, you'll feel it from the heavens, and it will heal the scars. If I can stop one heart from breaking, I shall not live in vain; If I can ease one life the aching, or cool one pain, or help one fainting robin into his nest again, I shall not live in vain." - Author Unknown

When Paul was a baby he had white blond hair with the most beautiful curls. I remember once when we were small everyone was going on and on about his hair. One of the adults said he would most likely lose the curls. Being a baby myself I wanted to save his hair by cutting off his curls and hiding them. When the hidden curls were discovered I lost the ability to sit for a week. Those memories will always be some of the sweetest of my childhood other than him allowing me to dress him up in mama's petticoat. Love Alway's from his other sister, Jackie Bales

Paul enlisted into the Army fresh from High School. After boot camp, he came home only long enough to marry his sweatheart Anne. They both went off to have a beautiful life and two wonderful children. Approxamitely 6 years ago, Anne subcombed to her ilness and left to be with the Lord. Paul has been greiving her loss every since. Monday 12/10/12 we found that Paul no longer needed to grieve for Anne any longer. He will suffer no more pain, sorrow or loneliness. I will miss him greatly and wish we had one more day together so I could hug him and let him know how much he ment to me. He was my best friend, daily sending jokes, poking fun and telling each other how much we love each other. Brothers like Paul are hard to come by. If you ever met him, you would know why. I miss you big Brother. Keep a place open for my next to you and Anne when the lord calls me home as well. I will always have a empty place in my heart for you.
For anybody that would like to attend the services for Paul is more than welcome to attend. Monday 10:45 at the National Cemetery off of 58 and Bear Mountain Blvd.
Love alway, your little sister. Rebecca
