Dear Dolly and Girls,
Your dad was a bright light to every function I ever attended. My father had so much respect for Virg and instilled in me that he was a fine gentlemen and looked up to him and I learned why over the last 30 years. I loved talking with Virg at the NFADA functions and enjoyed his company and jokes- we laughed ALOT!! The lessons and life your father lived were of kindness, compassion, generousity and most of all- LOVE- Virg loved Dotty and loved his girls.. May God welcome him to the kingdom of heaven as he has been a faithful servant on earth. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you CELEBRATE a great man's life of joy and happiness...All our love

Virgil has flown away - this time for good. Otherwise I would make him fly again, as I did some years ago, moving over an elevated railroad crossing a bit too fast.
Where ever you are, Virgil, Happy Landing!

My Beloved Second Family, where do I begin? I practically lived with your family through most of my high school years. Though a man of few words and a player of much solitaire, your Dad always made me feel welcome and as if I was one of his own(like he needed another daughter:). My and my family's love and comfort go out to you across these many miles. Good-bye Mr. A. You did it all right. xoxKristin(AKA Shakey), Cory & Dan (LA, CA)

I had the pleasure and privlege of working for Virgil. You don't realize how much you have learned about life and business until you reflect on someone you truly admire. He was a great business man and more important a great person. I will truly miss him.
