Virgil E. Baggett, 93, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the V.A. Medical Center in Jackson.

Mr. Baggett served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII. He retired as Vice President of the MS. Employment Security Commission after 40 years.
Mr. Baggett was a faithful member of the Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church and a long standing member of the Lions Club.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Baggett.

Mr. Baggett is survived by his son, Eric Baggett and wife, Pam; daughter, Laura Willoughby and husband, Will; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
