FORT WORTH -- Virginia Lois Renfro Anthony, born Dec. 26, 1925, near Gainesville, passed away early Wednesday morning, Oct. 12, 2016, at the age of 90. It was the 68th wedding anniversary of her marriage to Robert George Anthony who preceded her in death in 2009.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to Fairpark Baptist Church, in her honor, in care of Pastor Jeff Rhoades.

Survivors: She is survived by son, Dan Renfro Anthony and his wife, Joan Landrum Anthony, of Alto, N,M,; son, Robert Ray Anthony of Las Vegas, N.M.; and daughter, Cheryl Elaine Anthony-Sterling of Livermore, Calif., and her husband, William "Bill" Sterling. She is also survived by grandchildren, Emily Rebecca Anthony Cardoza, Joseph Paul Anthony, Amy Thida Anthony Camby, Kai Andrew Anthony, Maygan Christina Anthony and Laurie Sterling Jensen. Additionally, she leaves behind nine great-grandchildren.
