A resident of Prairieville, she passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2012. She was 61 years old. She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Miller, of Prairieville; son, Ron D. Miller, of Prairieville; sister, Sharon Mayer, of Baton Rouge; and a brother, Michael Wallace, of Baton Rouge. Preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Gloria McDaniel Mayer; daughter, Dawn Lyn Miller; and two sisters, Deborah Crawford and Connie Reigh Holton. Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Thursday, May 3,2012, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Friday, May 4, 2012, from 9 a.m. until funeral service at 10 a.m., conducted by Rev. Bobby Ready. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Galvez, LA. Pallbearers will be Dave Miller, Wade Miller, Scott Miller, Joshua Mayer, Michael Mayer, and Jesse Hernandez.
