Age 75 Of West Paul Passed away on October 25, 2013 after a courageous 2 year battle with cancer. Born April 3, 1938 in San-Wai, China, he married and is survived by his Wife of 45 Years, Lan Chan; Three Sons: Paul (Ursula) of Woodbury, MN, Don (Lisa) of Santa Clara, CA, and Tony (Kelly) of Eagan, MN; Four Grandkids: Emily, Kevin, Samantha, Nathan; and Brother, Ping (CA), as well as Many Extended Family and Friends. Preceded in death by Parents, Lueng Din and Kok Hing, and Brother, Bing, and Sister, Julie. Professionally, he was head chef during 1970's-80's at the Hilton (Don the Beachcomber), Radisson (Outrigger) restaurants in St....

Preceded in death by Parents, Lueng Din and Kok Hing, and Brother, Bing, and Sister, Julie. Professionally, he was head chef during 1970's-80's at the Hilton (Don the Beachcomber), Radisson (Outrigger) restaurants in St. Paul. In retirement, you could find him cooking at Cub's Deli in W. St. Paul. Wayne will always be remembered for his hospitality, making everyone feel welcomed and well-fed. Heartfelt thanks to Allina Hospice Nurse Suzanne Cox, the staff at Woodbury Healthcare Center, and Dr. Schwerkoske and staff of MN Oncology Woodbury for their exceptional care. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to service at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Drive. Private interment Oakland Cemetery, St. Paul.
