GOETZ, Wayne William, age 73, of Oakland Twp., Michigan, died peacefully April 3, 2014, with his family and friends at his side. He was born August 10, 1940, at Saint Francis Hospital in Peoria, Illinois, the son of William and Ruby Goetz. Beloved husband of Beverly J. (Robinson) Goetz for 53 years. Loving father of Marcie (James) Russell and Christine Goetz. A special grandfather to Christina, Lindsey, Katelyn, Brittany, Brandon and Erik. He is also survived by his sister, Nancy Owens and his dear friend, Richard Ostroski. He entered the U.S. Marine Corp in September of 1958 and married Beverly on December 8, 1961. He founded K-Industrial Corp, and was its President for 23 years until retiring in 2000. He was a member of Indianwood Country Club and enjoyed his second residence in Au Gres, Michigan. An avid fan of Elvis Presley, he loved music and always had an "Elvis" song playing. Funeral Services 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester, followed by entombment in Guardian Angel Cemetery. His family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 p.m., on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Forgive me for being unable to attend your Celebration of Life. However, being my friend for over 35 years have left me with great memories.
