What an awesome presence Wes had. I had the opportunity to work with Wes on some loss control projects and I must say he was a pleasure to work with. I am sorry for his family and friends sorrows knowing he has been taken from this earth, but he will live on in your thoughts and memories.

I met Wesley one hot miserable Summer morning about 5 years ago for about 4 hours. We were brought together by chance through his brother in law Patrick. Our mission was to assist Patrick in pulling some old beer lines from the bowels of an old French Quarter restaurant so that new ones could be installed. I might say it was one of the most miserable experiences I had in a long time. We both felt honored that Patrick had chosen us for this delightful chore as we looked at each other in misery with disgust and foulness in stench and sight. The only thing Wesley and I had in common was helping a mutual friend in need. What I remember most about that morning was Wesley's wit, humor, attitude, and positive demeanor throughout. We had some real "belly" laughs that actually hurt. Wesley left me with that...try to find some humor in, and make the best of an unpleasant situation. I am sorry for your loss.

I knew Wesley to be a very friendly, outgoing and generous man. He will truly be missed by his family and friends but will forever remain with them in spirit. My love goes out to Bonnie, Asia and Pat. Soothing thoughts are with the remainder of his family as well. May his light shine on . . .
