Words can't express how blessed we feel to have moved next to Wilbur and Chris seven years ago. They became like grandparents to my children. Through the years, Wilbur shared with them a love for gardening, amazing life stories and his great sense of humor. We will cherish our memories of him working in his Christmas workshop, cutting blooms from his lilies, enjoying gingersnaps and coffee and tending his beautiful garden. We will miss our dear friend and will think of him every day. My sympathies to those who were so devoted to him, Sharon, Gary and Lee. Thank you for sharing your father with us.

Our prayers to the families for your great loss.
Uncle Wilbur you always brought a good laugh to so many people and of course I never knew for sure if you we're serious but only to find out you were joking.
You were truly a great man of GOD sharing many blessings with the people around you.
I remember vividly the times I came to stay with you and aunt Evelyn as a little boy and what a fun time it would be.
Thanks for all you gave of yourself, you will truly be missed.

We love you and miss you,
Harry , Yola and Family.

I am thankful for the opportunity to have known Wilbur. We were in a Life group together at Fort Caroline Baptist for a couple of years. It was always an honor to fix him a cup of coffee, half cup with cream and two sugars. He also loved HUGS. Memories of him are special to me. I know he is happy in his new home.

We send prayers and support to the family. Wilbur was a special man and a joy to be around. He always gave me insight into life. Wilbur had become like a second father to Carolyn and I he was someone we could talk to about most anything. I miss him deeply and will miss my Sunday mornings with him getting him ready to go to church and our discussions on God the bible and life. I know he is in a better place and is with the ones that departed before him. I thank him and his family for letting us become a part of his family. We miss you and we love you Wilbur.
