Always enjoyed talking with Mr. Gatling while he was walking in the neighborhood. He was such a sweet man and always "through it all" so positive. Please accept our sympathy......

Our family was blessed to be the Gatling's neighbors. Woody was such an inspiration to all of us and fought his battle with his head up and a positive attitude. I will miss seeing you out my kitchen window, our talks in the yard (especially about Duke) and Bounty will miss your doggie love.
There will be a day with no more tears
No more pain, and no more fears
There will be a day when the burdens of this place
Will be no more, we'll see Jesus face to face
But until that day, we'll hold on to you always

Although we've never met, Psalms 90:10, says," The span of our life is 70 years,or 80 if one is especially strong.." , and your beloved one certainly had all that, and contributed much in his life, to family, friends and community. May ." the God of all comfort" be with you.
