William Edward Coleman, also known as Ed, passed away at home on May 13th, 2017. Ed will be cremated, by his wishes, through Hampton Vaughan. There will be a Celebration of Life to honor him at 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 18th, 2017, at Faith Baptist Church of Wichita Falls, TX, with a balloon release to follow. We welcome family and friends to come and honor him. Ed was born in Seattle, Washington to William & Lillian Coleman on Oct 1st, 1949. He began work with General Motors in California in 1972. Then, with his wife, relocated to Wichita Falls, TX in 1993 to continue his work with General Motors and retired in 2006, after 34 years. He was a strong and big-hearted man loved so much, by so many. He loved watching sports, being with his family and looking after his little man Jace. He is survived by his wife: Marggie Coleman of Wichita Falls and their daughter: Brittany Coleman. He also leaves one son: James Martinez and wife Christine Martinez as well as five daughters; Kristina Hill and husband Curtis Hill, Bobbie Isom and husband Sean Isom, Billie Coleman, Sandra Angel and husband David Angel and Karen Tillitsom; His two sisters: Lisa Wheeler and Diana Coleman of California, and his brother Mike Coleman of Idaho. He has 11 grandchildren: Jace Coleman, Bailey Martinez, Gavin Martinez, Scarlett Martinez, Sean Isom, Robert Isom, William Coleman, Madison Weaver, Cody Cooke, Jesse Cooke, and Dillon Cooke. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and brother: Andy Coleman. Marggie Coleman would like to thank Hospice Plus nurses; Diana and also the nursing assistants; Tara, Jordan and Laci. You guys were so amazing and sweet.
