I have such fond memories of Bill during our time at UHP. Bill was a friend and a mentor to me. He always looked so sharp and professional in his appearance and uniform. Bill and his beautiful wife Joyce - they both had the most wonderful laughs and were so devoted to one another. They attended my swearing in ceremony and it meant the world to me. My sincerest sympathy to his family. God Bless.

We are so saddened by our old buddy Bill's passing. We shared many wonderful memories with Bill and Joyce. Our times together on the Highway Patrol, camping, shooting, wonderful dinners out together. We will miss you Bill. Our deepest sympathy to his family.

I lived next door to Bill and Joyce for many many years. The best neighbors a person could really ask for. Bill will be very missed but I'm sure his long awaited reunion with Joyce was great as he missed her terribly. Condolences to the family. Kim Kendall
