Bill was a loyal friend from youth til the present and a 'brother' I never had. We grew up in Terrace Park and continued to communicate ever since. Bill's dry humor was one of a kind and his quiet demeanor was comforting. I will dearly miss his and Lucy Anne's communications. My love goes out to the entire Barnett Family.
