William Neal Looney born on April 09, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas died peacefully in his home on November 27, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 62. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents Eula Pearl Looney and William Clyde Looney.

As a longtime resident of San Antonio, Neal was a graduate of Winston Churchill High School, worked as a dental laboratory technician and also was a proprietor/owner of Dental Arts Laboratory. He enjoyed the performing arts, boating, playing musical instruments, such as the saxophone and guitar and enjoyed spending time with his cats.

Neal is survived by his loving family; Ray, Monty, Cara, Jane and Eric Teutsch. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Everyone will meet at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas on Tuesday, December 06, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. for a Graveside Service. All Service will conclude that afternoon.

Kelly Dickerson

Neal was a friend of my dad, Keith Dickerson. I kept trying to find him, but didn't know his name was actually William. I'm really sad to hear he passed away. Neal was such a good friend to my dad, and I really appreciated him and have been thinking about him a lot lately. I hope you, dad, and Bill are reunited. Thanks for all you did.

I went to Churchill High School with Neal, and was in the Charger Band with him. My fondest memory is buying one of my first guitars from him about 1971. RIP Neal...

Neal and I went to school and band together. I adored him and will miss him greatly. He was a special man who held no malice toward anyone or bitterness after his accident. May he rest in peace and happiness.

Neal and I were in Churchill band
together and best of friends. I know we will all miss Neal and I wish I had read my emails earlier. I now have lost 3 of my best friends, Neal, John Graham and Mark Harris. We spent so many wonderful times together.
