William F. Ahern, 87, passed away January 26, 2014. Beloved son of the late William F. and Hilda Ahern. Dear friend of the late Fr. Paul Edrich, Susie Edrich-Tallarico, Sister Marie Clement Edrich SFP, and James J. Condit. US WWII Army Veteran, Life Member of VFW Post 2123, Member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Member of the National Republican Congressional Committee, and a Member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 from 11AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon at Sts. Peter and Paul Church 330 W. Vine St. in Reading. Burial Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Church.
