Shocked and saddened to hear about Billy's passing. Sincerest condolences to Patricia and family. Great memories of time spent with Billy on the Football Field and in the Irish Canadian Club. Billy was one of a kind. Very intelligent and a sincere human being. One of my favorite people to have a pint and a chat with. Always remembered.

Patricia,
I am still in shock and sad to hear the news of Billy's passing. It was only a few weeks ago that we had lunch with Wendie. We talked about his trip to Ireland and how excited he was. It was an honor to work with Billy and become friends. I only wish we had more time together as he was a true friend. Attached is a picture when Billy came down and stayed with us and we went to Sergio's retirement party.
Sorry we cannot be there for the memorial.
You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Robert and Lindy

I worked with Bill from the beginning of my career with UPS Canada back in 1998. He was a true partner and a wonderful person. I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of his untimely passing. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by all of the UPS partners that he met throughout his years of service with the company.

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I worked for Bill when he was the Midwest Region Security Manager and I was the District Security Manager in North Ohio. Bill was loved by all of us and we all learned so much from him. We worked hard but we also shared many laughs with Bill. My prayers go out to his family in these darkest of hours; may your wonderful memories help you smile through the tears. He was an amazing person; intelligent, hard working, professional, friendly, great sense of humor and it was obvious to all of us who knew him how much love he had for his wife, children and grandchildren. You will be greatly missed Bill.

Patricia, Family,
Our deepest condolences. A moment with Bill was something to look forward to. We didn't meet until he was close to retirement but quickly developed a close friendship/trusted work colleague relationship. I think of a couple of occasions being the Casey evening hosted by the Robinsons upon Bill's retirement and just prior to that an after work beer with Bill, Tim and I to discuss the deep complexities of life, work, retirement. I think we figured them all out during that moment but as Bill was the note taker we're now lost again. He was a rare gem.
Love and best wishes to you and family, Paul McMullan and Louise Headland.
