To the family of Mr. William. I am sorry for your loss. I am a nurse who goes to Boger City Rest Home, and I met William there, he was so sweet, we would laugh and cut up. We were eager to get him out of that wheelchair and into a prosthetic leg. Now he is walking streets of gold. Lots of love and prayers.
RIP Mr. Fulbright.
