William Mark Peters, 81, Our beloved Father, Grand Father and Great Grand Father passed away on August 1st, 2012, surrounded by his loved ones.
Billy was born on July 3rd, 1931 in Kiz, Utah to Mark and Vivian Peters.
He married Lois Jean Beech on July 15th, 1950. She preceded him in death in 1998.
They had three children Alan, Roxy, and Ricky.
He worked in the coal mines in Price, Utah. He then moved his family to Kearns, Utah and worked for Gallagher Co. and then retired from K-Mart as head security.
Billy lived a very fulfilling life. His passions were being with his family, hunting drop horns, fishing, hunting, camping and anything to do with the outdoors.
Survived by: Nancy Iverson, Alan (Sue) Peters, Roxy (Lynn) Whatcott, Ricky (Jodie) Peters, 8 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
The viewing will be held on August 3rd, 2012 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home: (4335 West 4100 South West Valley City, UT 84120).
The funeral services will be held on August 4th, 2012 at 1:00 pm with a viewing from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm at Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
