Willie Madeline Jones was born January 6, 1922 and went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2018. She was born in Hinton, OK the daughter of H. G. McCool and Laura McCool.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 53 years Paul L. Jones, sisters Ruby Smith and Wanda Wells. Stepsons Jerry Jones and Bill Jones.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory a son G. Dale Madison, 2 daughters Trena Brand and Donna Kerby, a brother Virgil McCool, a sister Joyce Anderson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
She worked at Tinker Air Force Base for 28 years before retiring in 1973. She was a faithful member of Downtown Baptist Church for over 50 years, she taught Sunday school to the 3-5 year olds and always worked with the children in vacation bible school. For the last 10 years she has been a member of Grace Place Baptist Church. She was greatly loved by all that knew her and will be deeply missed.
A funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in the Sunny Lane Funeral Home Chapel.
Her final resting place will be at Sunny Lane Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Sunny Lane Funeral Home, Del City, OK.
