Winston Wright Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Mar. 24, 2015.

Winston Anthony Wright of Kaufman, Texas, was born August 20th, 1967 in Port Antonio, Portland, Jamaica West Indies to Hugh and Beverly Wright. He departed this life unexpectedly on Monday March 23rd, 2015.

He spent his early childhood in Jamaica with his late grandparents; Pearl Lindo (Granny) and George Lindo (Grandfather), whom he loved dearly.

After receiving his formal education from the public schools in New York City, Winston relocated to Texas. As a result of his love for driving and meeting new people, he began his career as a certified cross country truck driver. He was an extremely hard worker and took great pride in his job.

He was a very loving dad and devoted to his family. He enjoyed spending quality time with his family. Winston was a big kid at heart. He loved playing with his children, taking family portraits, taking family walks, and making jokes. To other relatives, friends, and all who knew him, he was a heart full of love, service and sacrifice. He was never too busy or too tired to help someone in need.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Euneta Wright of Mesquite, Texas; father Hugh Wright of Zephyrhills, Florida; mother Beverly Wright of Brooklyn New York; Stepmother Marlyn Bryan-Wright of Zephyrhills, Florida; three sons Antonio Atkins, Quinton Atkins of Mesquite, Texas, and Jace Wright of Kaufman, Texas; Fiancé’ Gracie Mendez; one daughter, Kenzie Brito both of Kaufman Texas; one brother Wayne Wright; Sister-in-law La Shawn Wright both of Mitchellville, Md.; special Aunt, Rosemarie Lindo-White of Elmont, New York; special Uncle, Winston Lindo of Norwalk, Connecticut; two nieces, one nephew of Mitchellville, Md., and a host of other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at 2PM at the Roselawn Funeral Home located at 1000 S Hwy 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Valley View Garden.

Winston,
I am so blessed to have met you. I am beyond happy that my best friend found such a wonderful guy as yourself. It saddens me to know you are gone and that she has lost such a great man! You were such a blessing to everyone and you always had a smile on your face. No matter what, you will always be remembered and I know you will be watching over your family.
