LACHAPELLE, Jack (Yves)
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Jack (Yves) Lachapelle on Tuesday, December 12th, 2017 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Beloved husband of Charlene Lachapelle for 39 years and loving father to Shelley and Tracey Lachapelle. Beloved son of Fernande Lachapelle, brother of Claude Lachapelle (Diane), Ginette Lachapelle, Richard Lachapelle (Yvonne), Diane Harbottle (Gord) and Pierre Lachapelle (Josée) and uncle to many nieces, nephews, special Papa Jack to Luciana and Vincenzo and second Dad to Lucy and Guy Mastroianni-Mazzotta. It is a sad closing of 45 years of Jack's Aluminum Roofing and Contracting. Special thanks to the Emergency Ward, Cancer Unit and the ICU at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Cremation followed by a Celebration of Life sometime in the New Year. Arrangements entrusted to OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234).

I would like to give my condolences to Mr Lachapelles family. I remember when I was at a very young age Jack gave me a receptionist job with his siding and roofing company located byron street south whitby. I was for ever grateful. He will always remain in my prayers. R.I.P.
