On Friday May 28, 2010 Gloria M. Fernandez lost her life to Rheumatoid Arthritis and is survived by her husband Rudy Fernandez Jr. and her three children, (Son) Rudy Fernandez III and his wife Marilyn Fernandez, (Daughters) Rosalinda Fernandez and Rachel Fernandez. (Three grandchildren) Frank, Lisa and Gilbert (Two great grandchildren) Felica and Vanessa.
She also leaves behind four sisters; Nieves Ortega, Esther Martinez, Mary M. Martinez, Fina Herrera and four brothers; Rual M. Medrano, James M. Medrano, Adán M. Medrano and predeceased by Juan M. Medrano.
Gloria M. Fernandez was born in Briclan Minnesota on September 24, 1939. She is predeceased by her parents Juan Vasquez and Dominga Mora Medrano.
Gloria was blessed to achieve several opportunities of employment/ministry. She was a Cashier, Teller, Bookkeeper at St. Benedict's Catholic School, Volunteer for the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, and a Producer and Counselor for Hispanic Telecommunication Network.
Gloria was a graduate of the Oblate School of Theology. In 1990 she received a Master Degree in Theology, and went on to become a Regional coordinator for Talleres De Oracion Y Vida. This took her to several places across the country in which she was able to help many people in need of spiritual help.

Al & Dolly Booty
So sorry we can't attend Gloria's services today but as we were getting dressed to go, Al became ill & had to lie down. He has these attacks quite often now & tomorrow he's going to the hospital to see what's going on. I left a card for you & your family & a check for the church in your door yesterday. May God be with you & your family during this hurtful time.
